Youth Policy Alliance  promotes civic responsibility through knowledge of the United States democratic system. Through seminars, workshops and conferences, members are introduced to the political world.

Service

 

Youth Policy Alliance offers a variety of community events every month for members to participate in. YPA members gain hands on experience with political advocacy, while making an impact on the community.

Awards

Youth Policy Alliance recognizes the achievements of young leaders who have made a significant impact on their community. Every member between the ages of 13-29 is eligible to be nominated for a YPA Award.

YPA is a bipartisan organization which aims to inspire leadership in the next generation of Americans through civic activism. Our organization helps students identify issues they are passionate about and drive change within those topics.

CAYPA Leaders Spotlight: Ann Ravel

Ann Ravel served under the Obama Administration as an FEC Commissioner, and is a current member of the CAYPA honorary board. As a candidate for the California State Senate, Ann has been a champion for youth issues including education, civic engagement and improving the foster care system.
